VILLE PLATTE - Roy "Bud" Allen Jr. a resident of Bayou Chicot passed away October 28, 2016 in Alexandria at the age of 79.
Visitation will be Monday, October 31, 2016 beginning at 5 PM until 8 PM at Ardoin Funeral Home in Ville Platte. Visitation will continue Tuesday, November 1, 2016 at Bayou Chicot Methodist Church at 9 AM until services at 10:30 AM. Bud will be laid to rest in the Vandenburg Cemetery.
Bud is survived by his wife of 51 years Francis Allen, his daughter, Adrienne Bozeman and husband Craig, his son Charles Allen, grandchildren Maxwell, Martin Alexander, Isabella, Corey, Ryan, and Casey and four great-grandchildren.
Bud was preceded in death by his parents, Roy Earl Allen Sr. and Ethel Gahn Allen, his son Joseph Kyle Allen, and his sisters Jane DeBlieux and Sandy McBee.
