VILLE PLATTE – Funeral Services will be held at a 2:00 PM Mass of Christian Burial, at the Our Lady Queen of All Saints Catholic Church in Ville Platte, on Thursday, February 25, 2021 for Randall Keith Firmin, 66, who passed away on Friday, February 19, 2021 in Lake Charles, LA.
Father Mitch Guidry, pastor at Our Lady Queen of All Saints Catholic Church, will be celebrant of the mass and conduct services.
Burial will take place at Gates of Heaven Cemetery.
Randall Keith Firmin was born on November 12, 1954 in Port Allen, LA to Esley Leo Firmin and Della Mea Venable Firmin. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Randall was a master plumber for over 20 years. He owned and operated A-1 Plumbing. He never shied away from hard work and was always more than willing to lend a helping hand. Randall loved and adored his family. His children and grandchildren meant everything to him.
Randall leaves behind to cherish his memories his sons, Justin Gotro of Faubourg, Kyle Firmin and wife, Stefani of Lake Charles, and Bryant Firmin and wife, Courtney of Lake Charles; daughters, Rachel Summers and companion, Arnold Garcia of Houston and Jamie Millner and husband, Rob of Austin; grandchildren, Rayden, Reece, Logan, Abby, Brenden, Alec, Carter, and Beau; and brothers, Bryan Firmin and wife, Julie of Ville Platte and Danny Firmin and wife, Wanda of New Roads.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Roxanne Marie Chapman Firmin; parents, Esley Leo Firmin and Della Mea Venable Firmin; and brothers, Menard Firmin, Brent Firmin, and Ronnie Firmin.
At the request of the family, visitation will take place at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Ville Platte on Wednesday, February 24, 2021 from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Visitation will resume on Thursday, February 25, 2021 from 10:00 AM until time of service.
