VILLE PLATTE- It is with great sadness that Pearl Attales, age 97, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, December 13, 2015. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, December 21, 2015 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church at 11 AM. Burial will follow in the Evangeline Memorial Park Cemetery with Father Richard Vidrine as celebrant.
Pearl was born in Pine Prairie, La. and lived in Ville Platte, La. except for the final 6 years of her life where she lived in a nursing home in Houston, TX.
Pearl will be greatly missed by her son, Wayne Attales and wife Chrysanna of Ville Platte, daughter, Callie Attales Martin and husband Charles of Houston, TX., and daughter-in-law, Theresa Attales of Ville Platte. Also left behind to cherish her memory are her 8 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.
She is now reunited in Heaven with her husband, Lawrence Attales and son, Gerald Attales.
At the request of the Attales family, a visitation will be held on Monday, December 21, 2015 at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Ville Platte from 8 AM until time of services. Rosary will be prayed in Ms. Attales' honor Monday morning at 10:30 AM.
All arrangements have been entrusted to Ardoin's Funeral Home of Ville Platte.
