A Mass of Christian Burial will be held for Lucille Soileau Guillory, age 88, who passed away Wednesday, May 31, 2017 at Cleveland Health Care Center in Cleveland, TX, on Saturday, June 3, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Our Lady Queen of All Saints Catholic Church. Interment will be in Ardoin Cemetery in Easton. Father Kenneth Mayne will officiate services.

Mrs. Guillory was a native and resident of Ville Platte where she was a parishioner of Our Lady Queen of All Saints Catholic Church, and a member of the Catholic Daughters. She enjoyed her volunteer work as a Pink Lady at Heritage Manor Nursing Home, and continued her volunteer service there after she became a resident. She was very active participating in many activities including leading the rosary, Senior Olympics and various other events.

Survivors include two sons, Robert Guillory, and his wife, Carolyn, of Ville Platte and William "Bill" Guillory, and his wife, Karen, of Baton Rouge; one daughter, Jeanne Guillory Attales, and her husband, Craig, of Splendora, TX; one granddaughter, Ashley Guillory Politz of Baton Rouge; four grandsons, Brandon Guillory of Baton Rouge, Bryan Scott Guillory of Bentley, Joshua Guillory of Pearl, MS and Ryan Attales of Porter, TX; eight great grandchildren and one step-great grandchild; two sisters, Stella Mayeaux of Scott and Evelyn Fontenot of Ville Platte.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Hueit Guillory; her parents, John B. Soileau and the former Bernadette Ortego; three brothers, Raphael Soileau, Herman Soileau and Donald Soileau and two sisters, Alice Theriot and Isabelle Vidrine.

At the request of the family visitation will be held at Ardoin's Funeral Home from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Friday, June 2, 2017. A rosary will be recited at 6:00 PM on Friday evening. Visitation will resume on Saturday, June 3, 2017 from 9:00 AM until time of service.
