VILLE PLATTE- It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of John Richard "Ricky" Ardoin, 58, announces his passing on Monday, March 9, 2015. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at 2 PM at Our Lady Queen of all Saints Catholic Church in Ville Platte. Burial will follow in the Gates of Heaven Cemetery with Father Jason Vidrine officiating services.
A loving husband, father, brother, grandfather and friend, Ricky, as he is known, will be greatly missed by his wife of 38 years, Sue Ledoux Ardoin of Ville Platte, son, Nicholas Ardoin of Ville Platte, daughter, Abby Lynn Belleau and husband Joseph of Eunice, brother, Gary Ardoin of Alexandria and sisters, Frieda Morein of Lake Charles and Jackie Ardoin of Texas. Also left behind to cherish his memory are 3 grandchildren: Brianna Belleau, Allie Belleau and Kameron Ardoin.
Ricky now rest with his parents, Jeffery and Ellen Ardoin and brother Roger Wayne Ardoin. They will be awaiting him arrival with open arms and joyous hearts.
At the request of the Ardoin family, a visitation will be held at Ardoin's Funeral Home in Ville Platte on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 from 2 PM until 10 PM and again on Wednesday, March 11, 2015 at 8 AM until time of services. A rosary will be recited in Mr. Ardoin's honor on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at 7 PM.
All arrangements have been entrusted to Ardoin's Funeral Home of Ville Platte.
