VILLE PLATTE It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of John R. Red Vidrine, 77, announces his passing on Saturday, October 20, 2012 at Heritage Manor Nursing Home. Funeral services will be held Monday, October 22, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Ardoins Funeral Home in Ville Platte. Rite of committal will follow in the Gates of Heaven Mausoleum with Deacon Gene LeBouef celebrant.
Left behind to cherish his memory are his brother Clarence Vidrine of Mandeville and his sister Edna V. Billings of Ville Platte.
Red now joins in heaven his parents Golbert and Martha West Vidrine , his sisters Marie Turner and Ida Brown, and his brother Henry Vidrine.
At the request of the family, visitation will be at Ardoins Funeral Home in Ville Platte on Monday, October 22, 2012 from 10:00 AM until time of service.
