Funeral services will be held Sunday, August 6, 2006 at 2pm in Our Lady Queen of All Saints Catholic Church in Ville Platte. Burial will follow in Gates of Heaven Cemetery. Fr. Jason Vidrine will officiate the services.

Ms. Lee is survived by her parents, Benny and Paula Lee of Ville Platte; two brothers, Scotty Lee and Dirk Lee of Ville Platte; paternal grandmother, Attalee V. Lee of Ville Platte; and maternal grandparents Verdon and Verdie Lamke of Ville Platte.

Visitation will be held Saturday, August 5, 2006 from 10am until time of services on Sunday. A rosary will be recited at 7pm Saturday.

Haylie is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Leas Lee.
