VILLE PLATTE It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that the family of Dorothy LeBleu Ardoin, 51, announces her passing on Monday, November 24, 2014 at her residence. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Ardoins Funeral Home in Ville Platte. Burial will follow in the Te Mamou Cemetery.
A loving wife, mother, sister, and grandmother, Dorothy will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 34 years, Donald Bac Ardoin, her son Spencer Ardoin and companion Julie Bergeron of Belaire Cove, two daughters Chasity Vidrine and husband Barry of Ville Platte and Nicole Fruge and husband Marty of Belaire Cove, her brother Floyd LeBleu, Sr. and wife Mary of Ville Platte and two sisters Mary Lee and husband Patrick of Ville Platte and Carolyn Marcotte and husband Richard, Sr. of Evergreen and her sisterinlaw Becky LeBleu of Ville Platte. Also left behind to cherish her memory are her six grandchildren.
She now joins in Heaven her parents Leroy and Ernestine Chapman LeBleu and her brother Leo LeBleu.
At the request of the family, visitation will be held at Ardoins Funeral Home in Ville Platte on Tuesday, November 25, 2014 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and again on Wednesday at 8:00 AM until time of service.
