Ville Platte Funeral services for Mrs. Bernadine Sis Ardoin, 80, will be held Friday, July 13, 2007 at 2pm in Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the Evangeline Memorial Park Cemetery.

Mrs. Ardoin, a native and a resident of Ville Platte, died Wednesday, July 11, 2007 in Ville Platte Medical Center.

Survivors include her husband, Gilbert J. Coon Ardoin of Ville Platte; a son, Larry J. Melancon and wife, Brenda Miller of Lake Charles; four grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by a son, John Randall Ardoin, parents, Orise and Anita Fontenot, and a brother, Leroy L. Fontenot.

Visitation will be held Thursday, July 12, 2007 from 1pm until 10pm and on Friday from 8am until time of services. A rosary will be recited at 7pm Thursday.
