Funeral services for Ms. Angeline Fontenot, 78, will be held Tuesday, September 19, 2006 at 4pm in Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will follow in the Gates of Heaven Cemetery.

Ms. Fontenot a resident of Ville Platte died Sunday September 17, 2006 at her residence.

Survivors include a son, Barney Fontenot of Ville Platte; four daughters, Judith Joubert, Peggy Fontenot, Charlene Soileau, and Kay Godeaux all of Ville Platte; two brothers, Carlton McDaniel and Harry McDaniel of Ville Platte; a sister, Justine Reed of Ville Platte; fourteen grandchildren, twenty six great grandchildren and 1 great great child.

Visitation will be held Monday, September 18, 2006 from 4pm until time of services on Tuesday. A rosary will be recited at 6pm Monday.

Ms. Fontenot is preceded in death by her husband, Willard J. Fontenot; a daughter, Audrey May Fontenot; and her parents, Louis Lolita McDaniel.
