VILLE PLATTE – David Sullivan was born July 16, 1986 to Lemoine Kay and Homer Ray Sullivan, Sr. in Wyandotte, Michigan. During David’s life here on Earth he enjoyed every day. His passions were hunting deer and bear, fishing, gaming, playing his guitar and enjoying his favorite beverage, “Red Bull”.
David was a welder by trade having worked for Union Tank Car and Wolverine Industries. After a short life of 31 years, David left this world and joined his creator on Friday, August 4, 2017.
David’s greatest love was that of his family. He leaves behind his daughter Kayleigh Sullivan, parents Homer and Lemoine Sullivan, Sr., brothers Ron Sullivan, and wife Kelli and Homer Sullivan, Jr. and wife Lindsay. Also left behind to cherish his memory are his nieces, Emma and Sarah and nephews Jackson and William, aunts and uncles Bill and Marn Barnette, Junior and Opha Duncan, Alice Garcia, and Troy and Nita Sullivan.
He now rests with his grandparents Emery and Faye Sullivan and Ray and Ruby Barnette.
A celebration of his life will take place at Ardoin’s Funeral Home in Ville Platte on Tuesday, August 8 from 4:00 PM until 9:00 PM. It will continue on Wednesday beginning at 10:00 AM until time of service. Services will be conducted Wednesday, August 9 at 2:00 PM by Brother Antonio with New Life Assembly of God Church.
