I am so sorry for the loss of Mr Elden. I have only fond memories of Mr Elden. He allowed his daughter, Daphne and her classmates to make our Homecoming floats each year in high school at his shop near their house. With my mother and father being divorced when I was very young I was very fortunate to have men like Mr Elden as father of my friend to look up to. Again, I am saddened by this loss. Praying for comfort and peace throughout this season of you alls life.

We were so blessed to have Elden as a friend from the Cruisin Cajuns He was such a gentle giant of a man, and we loved how much he loved Geri, his family and his friends. Our hearts are sad that he is no longer here with us but our hearts are also glad that as a man of faith he is in his Fathers house. Though we had wished for a longer life for him, we know that in Gods plan every life is long enough here on earth, and eternity in the beautiful home God prepared for Elden with no pain and tears is where he waits for us. His spirit is an eternal one, as his love for his family is forever. Though we mourn, we are comforted by his life of love, friendship and faith.
